Meal plan for Friday, July 1, 2011

Well here it is. Let's see if I actually stick to it.


Breakfast
Parfait made from:
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup blueberries
1 green apple

Lunch:
tomato soup
1/2 grilled cheese or turkey sandwich on Nature Own Whole Wheat Bread

Dinner:
Vegetable Lasagna


It all sounds good.

My food cooking challenge is finding foods that my husband will eat also. He does not eat many things, very few vegetables. But that is another post for another day.

6 week challenge starts July 1

This is it.  I've had enough. I have to get in shape and do it now. Tomorrow July 1 -Aug. 5 will be my personal challenge to get myself on track and get healthy.

I will have struggles and I will have set backs but they will not be many.
I will eat correctly.
I will do some form of exercise daily, even if it is just for 10 minutes,
I will find an exercise I enjoy
I will encourage others to join me.
I WILL PREVAIL!

April 6

This has not been a low carb week so far. I have had sugary cokes and milkshakes and yesterday hamburgers and french fries. I am tired too.

Had to have the hamburger and fries. Was in Walnut and went by the dairy bar. Reminds me of childhood. I since of comfort. I really should not of had the milkshakes and cokes. I guess there will be ups and downs and I will just have to learn to resist temptation.

Day one on my challenge

I am 35 years old, overweight and tired of looking and feeling bad. I have gained 4 lbs since Friday. I don't know how but somehow it happened.

Food: Everything
Exercise: 40 minutes Cardio. 20 walking, 20 bike.
